Official Reports: Terms of Use

There is no fee to obtain permission or use the report; however, USERS must adhere to the following requirements when using the report:

1. Requirement #1: Do not create translations or develop related or derivative works or versions based on the without written permission from the authors.
2. Requirement #2: If you are a consultant using the report with a client, we require that your client also sign a user agreement.
